In  the morning of November 27th, Fujian Lixing Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Fujian LiXing) Phase IV Freeze-dried production workshop Launch Ceremony and Production Mobilization Meeting was held in the Intelligent Production and Control Center. Fujian Lixing Chairman Lin Jieben, the General Manager Guo Shusong, the director Wang Yonghe, Lin Jian-qing and other relevant department leaders and  executives attended the ceremony to witness this historical moment in the development history of Fujian Lixing.

Fujian Lixing Phase IV Freeze-dried production workshop, as the backbone of Lixin food production chain, took more than a year to build. With a total investment of 300 million yuan, a total construction area of 19,510 square meters, 10 new Freeze-dried Furnaces, the annual output  is expected to be 800 million yuan.

The workshop adopts 100,000 class purification workshop. The Layout is designed in strictly accordance with the production of baby food standards. It is a intelligent production lines with high degree of automation, high production efficiency, low energy consumption. From the former processing to the finished production, the proccessing procedure combines with intelligention and  numerical control to reduce manpower and creat a sterile-free and dust-free production eviroment. These will greatly increase the competitiveness of Fujian Lixing in the global supply of freeze-dried food and attract more international cooperation

 4 KUKA robots control systems (referred to as “manipulator”) are particularly bright, 2 are responsible for unloading and 2 are in charge of loading, 4 reels can be uploaded and downloaded at a some time. With them the labor cost is greatly reduced, and the production is more efficient, flexible, safe and intelligent.
